The Namkeen Karigar is responsible for preparing high-quality namkeen iteams maintaining taste consistency, and following hygiene and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare different types of namkeen Snack items
Operate and handle namkeen-making machines (sev machine, fryer, mixer).
Maintain consistent taste, color, and crispiness of products.
Ensure proper oil temperature and quality during frying.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
Control raw material usage and reduce wastage.
Handle bulk production for daily sales and festival demand.
Assist in packaging and storage of namkeen items.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 3-8 years of experience as a Namkeen Karigar.
Good knowledge of spices, dough preparation, and frying techniques.
Ability to work long hours during peak seasons.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work independently.
