-Managing and maintaining Servers and virtualization, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Managing and maintaining Networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/Firewalls), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Managing and maintaining Microsoft services, including Office365, MS Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP NTP configuration and troubleshooting. - Managing and maintaining datacentre related operations for Data backup, restoration, NAS/SAN storage and connectivity. - Administration and maintaining Windows and Linux Operating systems including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting. - Monitoring and optimizing network and servers\xe2\x80\x99 performance and addressing connectivity or performance issues. - Collaborating with vendors and application teams to resolve systems and infrastructure issues. - Managing and maintaining corporate accounts authentication services such as LDAP, SAML, SSO.
1st Level IT Support Key Responsibilities:
- Providing prompt and effective support to end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system. Resolving end-users\xe2\x80\x99 hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly. - Managing, maintaining, and providing support related to printers, meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, IP Telephony and door access. - Managing and maintaining end-users\xe2\x80\x99 computers, printers, and accessories, including purchasing, provision, configuration, maintenance, and assets tracking. - Documenting support interactions and escalating unresolved issues, as necessary. - Provide on-site and remote support for end-users and engineers whenever. - Managing and maintaining end-users\xe2\x80\x99 related domain accounts, licenses and software. Key Skillsets:
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Strong troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and network problems.
Proficiency in Servers (Windows, Linux) and VMWare virtualization administration, troubleshooting and their monitoring tools.
Proficiency in Networks administration routing, switching, wireless and firewalls.
Proficiency in remote access VPN for users and site-site IPSec tunnelling.
Proficiency in SAML, LDAP and SSO, preferably with \xe2\x80\x9cKeycloak\xe2\x80\x9d software.
Proficiency in NAS storages and files sharing.
Proficiency in backup operations for servers, data, and replication.
Proficiency in Microsoft services including Office365, Exchange online, Azure AD and MS Teams.
Proficiency in IP Telephony solutions.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and fixing hardware issue in computers (laptops, Desktops) and printers.
Proficiency in windows operating systems, support, software, and connectivity.
