Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Network Systems Administrator

to manage and support our organization's network and system infrastructure. The ideal candidate is an

Arabic speaker

with solid technical expertise and the ability to

join immediately

You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and security of our networked systems while contributing to infrastructure planning and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:Network Administration

Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Monitor network performance; troubleshoot issues such as latency, outages, or bottlenecks. Secure the network using firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and regular audits. Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture and configurations.

Systems Administration

Manage Windows and Linux servers, virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V), and storage systems. Oversee system backups, disaster recovery, and routine maintenance. Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. Perform OS updates, patching, and system tool upgrades.

Security & Compliance

Enforce cybersecurity best practices and company policies. Conduct regular security audits and respond to incidents. Manage user access and identity control.

Technical Support

Provide Level 2/3 technical support for network/system issues. Collaborate with Help Desk to resolve escalated support requests. Assist in end-user training when necessary.

Project Involvement

Participate in IT infrastructure upgrade and deployment projects. Evaluate new technologies and contribute to IT improvement plans. Liaise with external vendors for procurement and support.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

3-5 years

of experience in network/system administration. Proficient in

TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF routing, VLANs, subnetting

. Strong experience with

Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

. Familiarity with

firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto)

and backup strategies. Scripting experience in

PowerShell or Bash

is a plus. Must be
