AED 4,000 - AED 6,000/month + Commission & Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new sales and leads through outdoor field sales activities. Identify business opportunities, convert leads, and close deals to drive revenue. Expand market coverage and enhance brand visibility. Maintain an accurate and updated customer database. Deliver consultative sales experiences, highlighting product features and customizations. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Cezcon's CRM, HRM, and related products. Record sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools. Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization. Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree (mandatory). Hands-on experience with CRM software (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of proven field sales experience in the UAE (B2B, corporate, or software sales preferred). Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. Male candidates preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently. UAE Driving License preferred. Immediate joiners required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly salary: AED 4,000.00 - AED 6,000.00 Attractive commission structure with uncapped earning potential Performance-based bonuses for achieving and exceeding targets
