About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Internal IT Operations & Automation Engineer to take full ownership of our internal IT landscape and continuously improve it through automation, dashboards, and API-driven integrations.
This is not a helpdesk-only role. You will run our IT operations, but also actively build internal tools, dashboards, and system connections to support management, sales, logistics, and operations.
You will work directly with management and have real decision-making authority.
Core Responsibilities
IT Operations Ownership
Full administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
User lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, permissions)
Endpoint and device management (Windows, laptops, security policies)
Backup monitoring, restore testing, and documentation
Basic firewall, network, and security operations
Internal 1st and 2nd level IT support
Automation & Technical Expansion
Build and maintain internal dashboards (KPIs, system status, user metrics)
Work with APIs to connect systems (CRM, ERP, shop systems, internal tools)
Automate recurring processes (user provisioning, reporting, data syncs)
Design lightweight internal tools to reduce manual work
Support cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar) together with external specialists
Monitoring & Documentation
Create transparent system and business dashboards for management
Maintain clean IT and system documentation
Ensure scalability, stability, and security of all systems
Technical Skill Requirements
Must-Have
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
Solid Windows Server and networking fundamentals
Experience with dashboards (Power BI, Looker, Grafana, custom dashboards or similar)
Experience working with APIs (REST, JSON, authentication, webhooks)
Ability to automate workflows and processes
Strong understanding of IT security fundamentals
Structured, ownership-driven working style
Nice-to-Have
AWS or cloud infrastructure experience
Experience with ERP, CRM, or e-commerce system integrations
Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript or similar)
Experience with monitoring tools and logging systems
Experience supporting data-driven management decisions
