Job Title: Senior IT Manager
Location: Dubai Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Manager to oversee and manage all components of the IT function, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, SAP/ERP systems, applications, cloud, networking, and IT support operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in leading large-scale IT environments and hands-on experience in SAP implementation or rollout, ensuring seamless integration across business units. Experience in an FMCG company is an added advantage.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the full IT landscape-infrastructure, cybersecurity, SAP/ERP, networking, cloud, hardware, and user support.
Drive and manage SAP implementation, enhancements, integrations, and support, ensuring alignment with business processes.
Develop and execute IT strategy, cybersecurity roadmap, DR/BCP plans, and digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee IT security operations (threat management, audits, compliance, vulnerability management).
Ensure high system uptime, performance, and scalability to support business growth.
Manage SAP vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure IT governance, policies, SOPs, data protection, and compliance standards across all systems.
Lead IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, security enhancements, and system deployments.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Production, and HR teams for SAP process alignment.
Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor contracts, and service level performance.
Oversee IT service desk performance with strong user-centric support frameworks. Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree (MBA/IT Management) is an advantage.
Preferred certifications: SAP certifications, CISSP, CISM, CEH, ITIL, PMP, CCNA/CCNP, Azure/AWS. Experience
8-12 years of progressive IT experience, including SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration projects.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, networking, and enterprise systems.
Prior experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-volume operational environments is an added advantage.
Proven experience managing technology transformations and multi-module SAP landscapes. Skills

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Deep understanding of cyber defense, infrastructure architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and network security.
Vendor management, project management, budgeting, and IT operations excellence.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Arabic and English fluency (mandatory).
