:

Main Duties

• Lead/ conduct detailed financial analysis, including financial modelling development of long-term forecasts; valuation; calculation of financial impact of potential transaction on Aldar Education
• Support in the development of feasibility studies
• Develop and/or maintain dynamic financial models with sensitivity and scenario analysis projecting 5 to 10-year financial statements
• Prepare Investment Memorandum and Investment Committee presentations
• Manage the multi stages of the investment process including origination, valuations, structuring (assets/shares, percentage ownership etc.,) consideration (AED/shares, now/deferred), risks / due diligence issues, deal / negotiation process management, and business case assessment
• Assist in dealings and negotiations with banks for debt raise
• Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance per school /business unit, providing trends and developing forecast models
• Provide input to key macro-economic data such as market benchmarks and demographic statistics, that are used as regular inputs to feasibility studies and business plan
• Perform market and competitive analysis with a keen ability to identify and analyze potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate between all external and internal stakeholders on areas relating to deal transaction

Specific Duties

• Assist in Financial Due Diligence
• Prepare and update key competition information

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in business or finance
• CFA or MBA preferred

Minimum Experience

• 4 to 8 years

• Excellent analytical capabilities and hands on experience in MS Office presentations
• Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills
• Experience in Education sector is desirable but not mandatory.

• Ability to be detail focused when required whilst maintaining sight of the big picture
• Deadline oriented and take ownership of work.
