We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Inventory / Credit Control Officer

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in

hospitality and F&B operations

, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring effective credit control processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts across all outlets. Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, wastages, and shortages. Ensure accurate posting of goods received, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments. Coordinate closely with procurement, stores, and kitchen teams to optimize stock usage. Analyze inventory variances and submit reports with corrective recommendations. Implement and maintain strong internal controls for inventory handling.

Credit Control

Manage customer credit accounts, limits, and payment terms. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Reconcile customer statements and resolve billing disputes. Monitor credit risks and prepare aging reports. Maintain updated records of invoices, receipts, and collections.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

Minimum 4-6 years of experience

in inventory and credit control within the

Hospitality or F&B sector

. Strong understanding of POS systems, ERP software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, FMC, OMEGA), and MS Excel. Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations (preferred). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
