We are currently looking for a highly experienced

Senior Interior Inspector

to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the successful execution of luxury hotel interiors, maintaining the highest standards in quality, finishes, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have

a minimum of 10 years of experience

, with a proven track record working on

high-end hospitality projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site inspections of interior finishes, fit-outs, joinery, and FF&E installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor the execution of all interior design works in accordance with project timelines and ensure adherence to design intent. Identify and report non-conformances and quality issues; follow up on corrective actions with contractors and subcontractors. Ensure materials and workmanship are consistent with approved samples and mock-ups. Coordinate closely with design consultants team, project managers, and contractors to resolve site-related interior design issues. Review shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with design specifications. Maintain detailed site reports, inspection logs, and progress updates. Ensure that all interior works comply with local authority regulations, health and safety standards, and building codes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of

10 years' experience

as a Site Inspector focused on

interior design and fit-out works

, with significant involvement in

luxury hotel or hospitality projects

. Strong technical knowledge of interior materials, finishes, construction details, and quality benchmarks for five-star hotel standards. Familiarity with international design standards and

local authority codes

(e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADM, etc.). Excellent eye for detail and ability to identify deviations from approved designs. Strong documentation and communication skills. GCC/UAE project experience is highly preferred.
