. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, proven project leadership skills, and advanced expertise in

3ds Max

and

Corona Renderer

to produce high-quality visualizations. This role involves leading projects from concept to completion, with a strong focus on creativity, detail, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end interior design projects across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and detailed drawings Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations using

3ds Max

and

Corona Renderer

Oversee FF&E selection, material specifications, and design documentation Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout project lifecycle Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations and design standards Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design teams effectively Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when needed Attend client and site meetings as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

5+ years

of relevant interior design experience, preferably in the UAE Proven expertise in

3ds Max

and

Corona Renderer

for 3D rendering Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office Excellent portfolio showcasing both design ability and 3D rendering quality Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills Knowledge of local market materials, suppliers, and regulations is a strong advantage
