About the Role

We're looking for a

Senior Interior Designer with strong Revit expertise

to join our creative team in Dubai. If you love shaping stories through spaces, enjoy blending design innovation with technical precision, and want to see your ideas built from concept to completion--this could be your next big move.

In this role, you'll lead projects from early concepts to final delivery, inspire clients with bold ideas, and mentor junior designers. You'll work at the intersection of creativity and technology--turning vision into reality through Revit and close collaboration with our design, technical, and visualization teams.

What You'll Do

Lead concept design: create narratives, palettes, layouts, and spatial storytelling. Develop mood boards, imagery, and client presentations that bring ideas to life. Work with 3D Visualisers to create renders, animations, and VR models. Translate design concepts into accurate Revit models and drawings. Oversee full design packages--from concept through tender and IFC. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project managers for smooth delivery. Mentor and guide junior designers, elevating design quality across the team.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. 7-10 years' experience (3-5 in a senior role). Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts and Revit documentation. Advanced user of Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite + rendering software Experience in hospitality, residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in Dubai/GCC. Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and GCC authority standards.
