Job Description

As an Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing interior design concepts, creating mood boards, and overseeing the execution of design project. Personal Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Interior Design, Architecture.
  • Excellent design & Concept Building skills
  • Demonstrate strong Leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, in addition to the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in Hospitality & F&B is must.
  • Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, InDesign or other design programs
  • Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
  • 3+ years of experience as senior Designer
  • A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is a must
Job Responsibilities:
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss design plans and gather feedback on preliminary designs.
  • Create conceptual sketches, renderings, and other illustrations to communicate design concepts to clients.
  • Compile data regarding client preferences, lifestyle habits, and architectural styles to create a design concept that meets the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs in terms of style and ergonomics.
  • Present design concepts to clients to gain approval of preliminary plans.
  • Manage the design process from start to finish by overseeing contractors, scheduling meetings with clients and other team members, and communicating with clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
