Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of
three interior designers
.
Collaborate closely under the supervision of a
Senior Project Manager
.
Develop
creative, high-quality design concepts
(2D & 3D) and detailed submissions within tight deadlines.
Provide
technical guidance
on material selections and ensure alignment with the design intent and client expectations.
Source and specify
high-end fit-out materials
, with a solid understanding of their
price ranges and durability
.
Solve design and site-related challenges efficiently and proactively (required site follow-up and inspections for quality).
Coordinate with multiple disciplines (architectural, MEP, procurement, etc.) to ensure design integration and execution.
Requirements:
Minimum of
15+ years of experience
in interior design, with a focus on high-end fit-out projects.
Strong leadership and
team management skills
.
Bilingual - English and Arabic
is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
Proven ability to deliver
high-quality work under pressure and within short timeframes
.
Strong knowledge of
materials, finishes, furnishings
, and current design trends in luxury interiors.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, and other relevant design software
.
