Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Interior Designer

with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing design concepts from initial ideas to final execution. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop and refine design concepts, creating spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends
Lead the development of interior design elements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends
Oversee the creation of design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively
Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into projects
Knowledge of submission drawings for all authorities.
Oversee all aspects of the design process, from concept development to project completion

Collaborate with project managers and supplier to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall project objectives
Ensure the highest standards of design quality and creativity are maintained throughout the design process.
Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful execution of design concepts
Must be able to do factory inspection and Site visit coordination.
Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for interior spaces

Requirements:

Experience:

A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Interior Design, specifically within the Interior Fit-Out industry, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or any related field.

Design Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and other relevant tools.

Design Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of design principles, spatial planning, and interior materials.

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and visually appealing design work.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving abilities, with an understanding of both creative and technical design solutions.

Team Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, providing design leadership and working closely with other departments.

UAE Market Experience:

Previous experience working in the UAE market is highly preferred.

Driving License:

A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
