We are working with a well respected international design studio based in Dubai as they look to hire a Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 10 years experience.

Role & Responsibility

• Working closely with architectural and design teams to and visualise construction projects.
• Coordinate with the internal design team for a project as well as preparing and developing drawings, models, images, and materials related to the design.

• Lead the interior design of projects working both independently and within project teams.

• Work collaboratively with the directors, the project architect and the project team to develop and advance the design agenda of each project.

• Work with external collaborators including clients, consultants, and other project partners.

• Skillfully resolve detailing and technical issues in line with the project\xe2\x80\x99s design agenda, where appropriate, manage project teams, deliverables, and finances to meet profit targets & deadlines

• Ensuring the quality and consistency of inventory artefacts for infrastructure (system flows, data flows, conceptual designs, and target operating models), across the infrastructure domain teams.

• Responsible for the leadership of the team of architects, driving architectural coherence across multiple delivery workstreams, and for setting and implementing architectural strategies.

• Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients
• Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
• Assisting with planning decisions
• Creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI (computer- generated imagery)
• Working with industry-standard design tools and programmes
• Visualising building concepts in various graphic mediums
• Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances
• Producing high-quality atmospheric visualizations for competition and client presentations
• Modelling 3D forms to a brief using appropriate software applications
• Rendering in 3D StudioMax and post-production in Photoshop
• Supporting architectural teams to produce visualizations for presentation
