Senior Interior Designer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Create interior design concepts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections. Prepare detailed drawings, joinery details, BOQs, and technical documentation. Review and coordinate shop drawings with contractors and subcontractors. Manage on-site supervision, fit-out execution, and design implementation. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design workshops. Coordinate with MEP, architectural teams, and suppliers for accurate integration of design elements. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and authority requirements. Mentor and supervise junior designers and draftsmen.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of UAE experience
in interior design and fit-out. Strong design portfolio (commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail projects). Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, Revit
, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and fit-out execution. Strong communication, presentation, and project management skillsPreferred / Advantage
UAE Driving License (plus point).
Spouse Visa / Own Visa (highly preferred).
Familiarity with UAE municipality approval processes. Experience in design & build / turnkey projects.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
