Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate 2D drawings and drafts for residential and commercial projects.
Collaborate with clients and the design team to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage and process approvals and permits through authorities such as DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, and Concordia portals.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, design standards, and authority guidelines.
Assist in project coordination from concept through to final execution.
