Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative and functional design concepts for villas, retail, and commercial spaces.
Stay updated with the
latest materials, finishes, and design trends
in the UAE market and
incorporate them effectively into design proposals
.
Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and material specifications.
Present design concepts to clients with clarity and confidence.
Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
Supervise and mentor junior designers and draftsmen.
Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and compliance with approved plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum
8 years of UAE experience
in interior design and fit-out projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing completed
villa, commercial, and retail projects
.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
Excellent knowledge of
current market materials, finishes, and suppliers
.
Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Available to join
immediately or within one week
