Senior Interior Designer : Luxury Hospitality and Branded Residential About the Opportunity: We are working with a globally renowned architecture and interior design consultancy with a focus on delivering high:impact, luxury projects worldwide. Following a period of exceptional growth, They have successfully established a dedicated team in Dubai, UAE, specializing in high:end luxury hospitality (hotels, resorts) and branded residential developments. We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Interior Designer to play a pivotal role in this expansion. This is a chance to lead landmark projects, mentor junior talent, and directly contribute to the dynamic design landscape of the Middle East. The Senior Interior Designer will be a driving force in project delivery, responsible for translating high:level concepts into immaculate, buildable designs. * Lead Project Design: Drive the creative process from initial concept development and space planning through to final installation for luxury hospitality and branded residential projects. * Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as a confident and articulate primary design contact for clients, presenting concepts and rationale clearly, and building strong relationships. * Technical Oversight: Oversee and manage the production of all technical documentation, ensuring detailed drawing packages, schedules, and specifications are accurate, comprehensive, and fully coordinated with architecture and M and E services. * FF and E Excellence: Strategically select, source, and specify all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF and E) and finishes, maintaining the highest standards of luxury and quality. * Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits and reviews to monitor construction progress, resolve design conflicts on:site, and ensure the final build adheres strictly to the design intent. * Team Mentorship: Provide mentorship and daily guidance to junior and intermediate designers, reviewing their work and fostering a high:performance, creative environment. * Project Administration: Support the Project Director in managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and profitable delivery. Required Qualifications and Experience * Education: A Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required. * Experience: A minimum of 10 years of post:graduate professional experience in the interior design field. * Project Focus: Mandatory proven experience delivering projects in both the luxury Hospitality and Residential sectors. * Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (essential), and high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop). Proficiency in 3D software (e.g., SketchUp or Revit) is highly desirable. * Attributes: Exceptional aesthetic sensibility, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. * Regional Experience: Previous working experience in the UAE or Middle East is beneficial, but not mandatory.
