Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead interior design concepts from schematic to final stages
Prepare mood boards, materials, and FF&E selections
Produce detailed drawings and high-quality 3D renderings
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Supervise junior designers and manage project deadlines
Ensure design compliance with project requirements and authority standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
5-10 years of interior design experience
Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Lumion, Corona or Vray
Strong skills in interior detailing, shop drawings, and material selection
Excellent time management and project coordination skills
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Available for immediate joining or within a short notice period.
