Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in interior design, a strong portfolio showcasing diverse project experience, and a proven ability to lead design teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept development through to project completion. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative and functional design solutions. Produce plans, and 3D visualizations. Select and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery. Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback. Stay current with industry trends, products, and best practices. Attend client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of professional interior design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential and/or commercial projects. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Certified Interior Designer (CID) or similar credential is a plus.
