Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, and other relevant software.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with project specifications and client expectations.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Present design proposals, mood boards, and project plans to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide necessary design adjustments.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design solutions.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Expertise in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, and Lumion.
Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, materials, and construction techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team under the guidance of the Design Manager.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts.
