Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire design process for high-end interior projects--from initial concept through final execution.
Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision, needs, and lifestyle, delivering bespoke design solutions.
Develop comprehensive design presentations, mood boards, material palettes, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
Prepare complete drawing packages, including technical drawings and specifications for contractors and vendors.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Supervise and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and quality.
Stay current with global design trends, new materials, technologies, and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
, and preferably
Revit
or other BIM tools.
Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to lead projects independently.
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for design excellence.
