Key Responsibilities:
Lead design concepts, space planning, and presentations for commercial, hospitality, F&B, and retail projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams across all design stages.
Oversee detailed drawings, technical submissions, and authority approvals.
Select materials, finishes, and ensure design consistency through to execution.
Mentor and guide junior designers and draftsmen.
Collaborate with the post-contract team to ensure design intent is implemented on-site.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
Proven track record in commercial, hospitality, F&B, and retail project delivery.
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of local regulations, authority requirements, and joinery/material specifications.
Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
