Senior Interior Designer

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will

lead and manage design projects

from concept to execution. You'll work closely with clients, architects, and our in-house teams to deliver stunning spaces that meet the highest design and quality standards. You will also be

responsible for managing and mentoring a team of junior designers

, ensuring smooth collaboration and creative direction throughout all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects. Supervise, mentor, and guide junior designers and draftsmen. Create concepts, mood boards, space plans, and detailed design drawings. Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments. Oversee site supervision and ensure design intent is met during execution. Present ideas and solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in high-end interior design (UAE experience preferred). Proven ability to

lead design teams and manage project workflows

. Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and 3D visualization tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
