Job Description

Summary of the role:

The Sr. Interior Designer will be responsible for developing mood boards and selecting materials, collaborating with design teams and other departments, and preparing client presentations, while managing feedback and communication. This role includes coordinating meetings, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, as well as managing detailed project documentation such as handover materials and FF&E packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop compelling moodboards and do material selections inline with Project concepts. Follow established style guides to ensure the project maintains a consistent and cohesive design. Collaborate closely with design teams and coordinate work across departments. Prepare and support client presentations. Coordinate meeting schedules with internal and external stakeholders ensuring timelines are adhered to. Prepare meeting agendas, attend client meetings, and write clear and organized meeting minutes, addressing client feedback and comments. Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met on time Submit detailed design reports, manage project documentation, including handovers, and FF&E packages Stay informed on the latest trends, materials and technology in the design industry to keep our projects at the forefront of innovation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture. 10+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end projects. Demonstrable portfolio with a strong experience in delivering high end luxury projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in using SketchUp, 3DMax. Photoshop and AutoCAD. Excellent in Speaking Arabic and English languages. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Excellent client communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and time management skills Strong multitasking abilities, with a high attention to detail.

Working conditions and Environment:

The position is an office based in Dubai, UAE. The position has no international business travel requirements.
