Solution Design & Delivery

Lead end to end solution design for new digital initiatives, vendor solutions, and enhancements to existing platforms, ensuring modularity and reuse.

Responsible for developing end-to-end solutions following our agile architecture principles & standards (emergent design, intentional design) to provide a holistic and connected solution design that meets the business strategy and requirements.

Lead the solution architecture development for new initiatives taking full responsibility right from understanding the business needs through selection of vendor and delivery of the solution.

Ensure solution and technology architecture standards, governance and principles are implemented effectively.

Develop the design and implementation of solution architecture as part of both agile and waterfall delivery, enabling speed to market.

Drive architecture decisions and be accountable for their implications in regards to solution costs, delivery schedules, application complexity, technical debt and overall solution performance

Provide expert advice to projects on technical and architectural standards, guiding them on developing new or amended standards, and on the appropriate use of architectural patterns

Contribute to architecture documentation, reference libraries, and reusable component catalogs to accelerate future development.

Responsibilities

Work with a team of 10 resources (Senior & Junior) to ensure the project related to ERP (Oracle) is delivered.

Develop integration artifacts using integration platform as specified in solution architecture and design documents for projects.

Create all required documentation for new and revised application integrations and services.

Provide support to business team on the portfolio of application integrations and services regarding potential enhancements and improvements.

Collaborate with other groups internally within the organization or externally with vendors and service providers to complete required work for integration services design, development, testing and implementation activities.

Conduct unit testing and debugging of integration artifacts and services and support Performance and UAT testing and production deployment activities.

Handle support incidents for production environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field.

10+ years of experience with Enterprise Application Integration and Service-oriented Architecture.

Mandatory work experience integrating with Oracle Fusion(Cloud)

Knowledge and hands-on experience with middleware and integration product suites e.g. WSO2 ESB, DSS and Enterprise Integrator.

Well versed on Enterprise Application Integration and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) methodologies and integration patterns.

Knowledge and experience in SOAP Web Services and REST APIs Lifecycle Management.

Knowledge and experience working with Web Services standards and tools SOAP, WSDL, Basic Profile, WS-Policy, WS-*, SOAPUI etc.

Well versed with integration services and APIs Security. WS-Security, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT and XACML.

Basic knowledge of Core Java and Javascript

Experience in OOAD and using object-oriented languages mainly Java.

Experience in using IDEs e.g. Eclipse and source code repositories using Git protocol.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem solving and time management skills are essential.

A team player and self-starter and comfortable working individually as well as part of a team.

Experience with agile practices and methodologies.

Knowledge and experience in SoftwareAG Webmethods will be considered as an added advantage
