For more information, visit Worley.com Ensure work is carried out competently and effectively, within time and budget constraints, and that project objectives are satisfied. · Overall supervision of electrical engineers, designers and technical personnel in the execution of the project. · Ensure integrity of workscope and that all work is carried our in accordance with applicable codes and standards. · Facilitate and develop a productive and cohesive team. · Maintain and facilitate an awareness of HS&E across the discipline within assigned project. · Maintain and facilitate an awareness of HS&E in Design across the discipline within assigned project. · Promote the understanding and application of risk management techniques within the discipline. · Ensure electrical discipline personnel consistently work within the Quality Management System. · Monitor and maintain electrical engineering estimating norms. · Develop and promote initiatives to improve cost effectiveness and productivity on projects. · Assist in the recruitment of competent discipline engineering personnel. · Manage project discipline resource requirements. · Manage performance appraisals, competency development and career development of assigned personnel. · Identify software necessary to enable electrical group to function effectively. · Discipline and inter discipline communication development. · Prepare electrical cost, time and resource requirement estimates on assigned projects. · Identify and review new technologies development which may provide more efficient and cost effective solutions. · Manage design change within project budget and schedule framework. · Prepare electrical progress and expenditure reports on a project specific basis.

Around 10 years' experience Excellent skills with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access. · Able to interpret technical drawings. · Ability to create accurate design drawings from base project information. · Able to establish and manage effective workplace relationships. · Ability to interact effectively with people and use clear, fluent and expressive verbal and written language to convey information and ideas. · Knowledge of the requirements for Instrument installations within hazardous areas. Desirable: · Some experience with 3D modelling systems such as PDS, PDMS or AutoPlant. · Some experience with advanced engineering design and data systems such as SmartPlant Instrumentation.
