A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant engineering (i.e Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, IT, Computer, Software, Electronic, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years in in GCC region.
Must have at least three (3) years of experience in similar position for international major Oil&Gas or Petrochemical projects.
Preparation of design basis, philosophies, instrument selection, studies/reports and recommendations.
Understanding of Engineering and design for DCS/ESD/PLC/F&G systems, RTU/SCADA system,
Preparation of various specifications & data sheets for field instruments, analyzers, ESD valves, motor operated valves.
Preparation of MRI technical bid evaluation, recommendation & Vendor drawing review.
Checking of deliverables prepared by engineers / designers and ensures compliance with Project requirements.
