We are growing our Oil & Gas team with a Senior Installation Engineer. This role would work on a project for one of our major clients in the UAE.

We are growing our Oil & Gas team with a Senior Installation Engineer. This role would work on a project for one of our major clients in the UAE.
Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to the below:
- Shall have experience in E&I Projects with Jack-up Barge experience
- Will be responsible for monitoring, verifying and facilitating the work of all offshore installation contractors to ensure compliance with the requirements of Contract
- Coordinate the interfaces and ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements
- Ensure successful completion of all installation, mechanical completion and pre-commissioning activities.
- Should be fully knowledgeable about offshore installation techniques, materials and testing requirements
- Should have handled large installations, particularly in the Middle East.
- Provides specialist skills, integrity and knowledge in key areas of discipline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice.
- Understands clients' needs; identifies and addresses design parameters and problems; develops and implements solutions.
- Under own supervision, evaluates, organises and prioritises work.
- Undertakes responsibility for production of deliverables, which may include engineering support to the Drawing Office, design calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various 3rd-party submissions.
Candidate Specification
- Engineering degree in E& I or Mechanical.
- Work experience in Offshore Oil & Gas sector, in PMC Organisation is preferred.
- Shall be working as Company representative based on Jack-up Barge to manage EPC Contractor for the E& I Projects
- Should possess coordination / communication skills and very good knowledge of spoken and written English language.
- Ability to manage and function within a design team and across multiple projects.
- Ability to prioritise own and others’ workload, manage time accordingly and inform team members where constraints will affect a project in terms of programme or budget.
- Manage interfaces within a project structure, including other disciplines, drawing office, document control, project management, client and suppliers.
