Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Innovation Management, Social Sciences or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of innovation management and research and development
Expertise in innovation processes and methodologies, including idea generation, development, and commercialization.
Strong skills in analysing market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation.
Proven experience in managing innovation projects from concept to execution, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource management
Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools that can drive innovation
Ability to create and implement innovation strategies and frameworks.
Strong ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas and solutions.
