Position Summary:

AL ASAS Factories for Cement Project is seeking a

highly skilled Senior Industrial Electrician

with strong expertise in

PLC systems, control panels, motors, drives, sensors, and industrial power circuits

. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of

electrical and automation systems

in a heavy industrial environment.

In addition to electrical duties, the employee may also be required to support the

plant operation team whenever electrical work is not needed

. Training will be provided for plant operations.

Important:

Only candidates with

10+ years of proven industrial electrical experience

will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Industrial Electrical & PLC Duties:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain

PLC-based control panels, relays, contactors, drives, motors, and wiring systems

. Diagnose faults in

sensors, power supplies, automation systems, and electrical protection devices

. Perform

preventive and corrective maintenance

to ensure uninterrupted plant operation. Work with

industrial wiring, switchgear, and electrical distribution systems

. Read and interpret

electrical diagrams, PLC schematics, and technical documentation

. Ensure all electrical work complies with

international safety standards and codes

. Collaborate with

maintenance, automation, and production teams

for smooth operations. Document all inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.

Plant Operation (when electrical tasks are not required):

Operate and monitor

cement production machinery and equipment

. Perform routine checks, report abnormalities, and support production processes. Follow

safety and operational protocols

Salary & Benefits:

During Probation (4 Months):

Basic Salary: 1,500 QAR Food Allowance: 300 QAR Other Allowance: 200 QAR

Total: 2,000 QAR

After Successful Probation:

Basic Salary: 1,500 QAR Food Allowance: 700 QAR Other Allowance: 800 QAR

Total: 3,000 QAR

from the first day of employment (including probation).

Health insurance

provided by the company.

One-way flight ticket

every two years. If the candidate does not pass probation, they are responsible for

return flight and visa costs

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum

10 years of industrial electrical experience

(factories, plants, or heavy industry). Strong expertise in

PLC systems, motor drives, relays, contactors, sensors, power circuits, and industrial wiring systems

. Skilled in troubleshooting

complex electrical and automation faults

. Ability to read and interpret

control diagrams, PLC schematics, and manuals

. Willingness to work as a

Plant Operator whenever electrical tasks are not required

. High level of

responsibility, safety awareness, and teamwork

. Relevant

technical certifications or licenses

preferred.
