Job Description

The Senior HVAC Engineer will be responsible for the design, review, coordination, and supervision of all mechanical systems--including HVAC--for villa and high-rise building projects. The role ensures all systems meet project requirements, client specifications, codes, and standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:



Review HVAC drawings, materials, and method statements. Supervise installation and commissioning activities on-site. Coordinate with MEP and civil teams to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Liaise with consultants and attend project meetings. Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at Site as well as in the documentation. Prepare daily reports and documentation. Attending and submitting inspections with the consultant ( WIR's & MIR's ).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

* HVAC Projects: 8 years (Preferred)
