Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC systems, preferably in large-scale facility operations and maintenance
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design principles, energy efficiency, and industry standards
In-depth knowledge of HVAC industry standards and codes, including ASHRAE, ARI, and SMACNA
Experience with HVAC load calculation software and design tools
Proven track record in managing HVAC projects from conception to completion
Extensive experience in commissioning, operating, and maintaining facility HVAC and mechanical systems
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and standards related to HVAC systems
Professional engineering license (preferred)
