About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior HVAC Engineer

to join our dynamic MEP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, execution, and supervision of HVAC systems for a variety of building and infrastructure projects. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and practical experience in large-scale HVAC systems in commercial, residential, or industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HVAC design and engineering for new construction and renovation projects. Prepare and review HVAC drawings, specifications, BOQs, and calculations. Ensure HVAC system compliance with local codes, standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.), and project requirements. Coordinate with other MEP disciplines, architects, and contractors for seamless integration. Perform site inspections and testing of HVAC installations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and draftsmen. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Support procurement and construction teams throughout project execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 8 years' experience in HVAC design and execution. Proven experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC load calculation software (e.g., HAP, Carrier E20, etc.). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office. Knowledge of international and local HVAC codes and standards. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Preferred:

GCC experience and transferable residency (for local candidates). Membership with a recognized engineering body (e.g., ASHRAE, SCE, etc.). PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
