Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer / HR Consultant to provide strategic HR support on a part-time basis. This role is primarily remote, with occasional office visits required for meetings, employee discussions, and key HR engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct confidential one-to-one discussions with employees
Advise management on employee relations and engagement
Review, update, and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures
Assess the current organizational structure and recommend enhancements
Provide practical, compliant, and business-aligned HR recommendations
Support implementation of approved HR initiatives
Requirements
Senior-level experience in HR Officer, HR Generalist, or HR Consultant roles
Strong expertise in employee relations, HR policy, and organizational design
Comfortable working independently in a consulting / hybrid setup
Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills
Relevant HR qualification preferred
