Senior HR Manager
Summary
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager in the Human Resources industry for one of our top high-net-worth client based in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and culture of our organization. Based in Dubai, this position requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in HR management. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with business goals. This role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational success. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 11,000 to AED 14,000, along with additional benefits.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Travel to Africa as required to support HR operations and initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Candidate must be based in Dubai and open to travel to Africa.
  • 8+ years of experience in end-to-end HR processes.
Benefits
Salary: AED 11000 to AED 14000
