Job Description
Applicant will have experience as a HR Generalist or HRBP with in the Pharma or multinational FMCG sector. Previous experience working with a manufacturing unit handling blue collar personnel, and interacting professionally with middle and senior management professionally essential. Candidate must be based in UAE and must be fully aware of the UAE laws and regulations related to manpower recruitment. Must be well versed with UAE labor laws and have the ability to deal with factory personnel efficiently and address all grievances to the management. An independent leader, proactive and understand all aspects of HR with in the factory and office. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Experience:
