Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior HR Executive who possesses an in-depth understanding of UAE Labor Law and proven hands-on experience in all facets of HR. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to management, ensuring full legal compliance and implementing best practices across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation confirmations, leave management, transfers, and separations.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with UAE Federal Labour Law, immigration rules, and any other relevant regulations (e.g., WPS, wage protection system).
  • Prepare, renew, and manage all types of employment contracts and related documentation.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures in strict accordance with legal guidelines.
  • Maintain and update all employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Government & Authority Liaison:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE), Tasheel, and other government entities.
  • Process all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments efficiently.
  • Liaise with RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone) for company-specific licensing, quota, and labor-related requirements. (Highlighted as per your preference)
  • Stay abreast of all changes in UAE labor laws and proactively implement necessary changes to policies and procedures.
  • Policies & Procedures:
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.
  • Advise management on the legal and practical implications of HR decisions.
  • Conduct audits to ensure departmental and organizational compliance with internal policies.
  • Employee Relations & Support:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on HR-related queries concerning company policy, benefits, and law.
  • Foster a positive work environment and strong employee relations.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Basic Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Education: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven HR experience within the UAE is mandatory.
  • Legal Knowledge: A solid, demonstrable grip on UAE Labor Law and immigration processes is non-negotiable. Candidates will be tested on their knowledge.
  • RAKEZ Experience: Prior hands-on experience working with the RAKEZ authority is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
  • Joining Date: Preference will be given to immediate joiners or those with a very short notice period (max 2 weeks).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
