Job Description
We are one of the leading Precast Concrete specialists in the U.A.E. searching for talented candidates to join our team. We are looking for an experienced and certified Senior HR Executive to handle various HR functions, such as staffing, recruitment, compensation, and training and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
In this role, you will maintain our employee database, and oversee compliance audits and performance reviews. You will assist the HR manager in implementing HR programs and support our recruitment cycle by collaborating with department heads and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
As a Senior HR Executive, we expect you to deploy engagement strategies for strengthening employee relations. Besides boosting our talent acquisition efforts, you will also lead training and development programs to ensure productivity in the workplace.
\xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience in HR Management in the construction or manufacturing industry.
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to design and implement company policies.
\xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and familiarity with UAE labor law.
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in HRIS software.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational, communication, time management, and leadership skills.

Salary: From AED1,000.00 per month
