- Develop and enact HR strategies that resonate with our agency\'s goals.
- Manage employee relations, addressing any queries or concerns effectively.
- Uphold and advance HR strategies, systems, and practices, ensuring a positive workplace.
- Conduct performance evaluations that promote high standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor law and HR management best practices.
- Regularly update job descriptions to comply with local regulations.
- Design and refine training and performance management programs.
- Resolve employee issues through professional mediation.
- Implement and communicate clear HR policies, guaranteeing awareness and adherence.
- Manage investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures with due diligence.
- At least 5 years of HR experience within the UAE, with comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Skilled in building and managing relationships at all levels within the company.
- Expertise in labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency across various HR functions, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations.
