About the role




You will be dedicated to a large business unit or cluster of specific business units, leading on all HR matters by acting as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to Senior Leadership on human capital management matters. You will have to understand the business units' commercial strategy, activities and needs and connect them with specialists from the HR Division to provide specific HR solutions. In addition, you will focus on aligning the HR strategy to the business strategy and practices to support robust business grown, reinforce a culture of performance and align with Group HR policy. Manage the HR team, including line management of HRBPs.

Key Responsibilities:



Take part in the development of the Division strategic business plan and alignment with the Group HR strategy. Develop a Division HR strategic / people plan in line with the Group HR strategic / people plan and Division strategic business plan including performance management, engagement, MIS and communication. Through Centres of Excellence, drive strategy for expert areas e.g. recruitment, L&D, Remuneration and Policies. To project manage and lead on assigned HR projects assigned from Group HR in order to support process change, developments and policy and procedural reviews. Challenge the status quo and strive to review the ways of working to bring about efficiencies and new ways of working. Persuade and influence key stakeholders in order to gain buy in to any change initiatives. Know the business, the strategy and business drivers, products, budgets, forecasts, and employee issues, enabling a solutions focused approach. Understand the hopes, fears, likes, dislikes and who the key influencers are. Effectively manage change, consult with the Division to effectively achieve and adapt to change to support business outcomes. Organisational Design - Ensure that the organisation is appropriately designed to deliver organisation objectives in the short and long-term and that structural change is effectively managed. Insights, Strategy and Solutions - Develop a deep understanding of business areas, the organisation and the context in which it operates. Using business understanding and data analytics, develop HR strategy and actionable HR insights and solutions to drive initiatives that benefit and align to the business strategy. Organisational Development - Ensure the organisation has a committed, 'fit for the future' workforce to deliver its strategic ambition. Ensure the organisation culture, values and environment support and enhance organisation performance and adaptability. Provide insight and leadership on development and execution of any capability, cultural and change activities. Resourcing and Talent Planning - Ensure that the organisation actively manages an appropriate balance of resources to meet changing needs, the short and long-term ambitions of the organisation strategy and to create competitive advantage. Identify talents and high performers and ensure they are managed effectively. Learning and Talent Development - Ensure that people at all levels of the organisation possess and develop the skills, knowledge and experiences to fulfil the short and long-term ambitions of the organisation and that they are motivated to learn, grow and perform. Performance and Reward - Build a high-performance culture by delivering programmes that recognise and reward critical skills, capabilities, experience and performance, and ensure that reward systems are market-based, equitable and cost-effective. Employee Engagement - In line with the organisations objectives, ensure that in all aspects of the employment experience - the emotional connection that all employees have with their work, colleagues and to their organisation (in particular line manager relationship) is positive and understood, and that it delivers greater discretionary effort in their work and the way they relate to their organisation. Employee Relations - Act as a support and coach to managers to ensure that the relationship between the organisation and its employees is managed appropriately within a framework of organisation practices and policies to manage risk and achieve business performance. Create and drive a transparent performance culture that delivers results for the business. Perform other departmental duties related to his/her duties as directed by the head of the department.

Qualifications



About You



Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 8 years of job-related experience. Experience with specific HR Business Partner responsibilities - particular focus on performance management, organisational design, engagement and employee relations. Excellent command of English language. Legal awareness including country and regional labor laws. Understanding of best practices of HR management theories. Change management and process mapping. Recognised accreditation in Human Resources is a plus.
