We're looking for a Senior HR Manager with strong finance/fintech exposure to lead and scale people operations in a fast-moving, regulated environment. This role will own end-to-end HR delivery across the employee lifecycle, elevate governance and consistency, and act as a trusted partner to leadership on org design, performance, and culture.
You'll bring a balance of strategic HR leadership and hands-on execution, with strong knowledge of compliance-driven HR practices and multi-jurisdiction / multicultural teams.
Key responsibilities
HR Strategy & Operating Model
Translate business priorities into a practical HR roadmap (org design, headcount planning, performance, retention).
Build scalable HR processes and service standards (SOPs, policies, workflows, SLAs).
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Own workforce planning with business leads; ensure hiring is forecast-driven and cost-aware.
Improve hiring funnel quality (screening, structured interviews, selection scorecards, offers).
Performance Management & Culture
Implement high-accountability performance cycles (probation, KPIs/OKRs alignment, reviews, calibration).
Coach managers on feedback, difficult conversations, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics
Maintain salary bands, job leveling, and internal equity; support incentive structures where relevant.
Track HR KPIs (time-to-hire, attrition, engagement, performance distribution) and provide monthly dashboards.
Employee Relations & HR Compliance
Manage employee relations cases with a calm, evidence-based approach; ensure documentation hygiene.
Ensure HR practices align with UAE labor requirements and internal governance expectations.
Coordinate with legal/compliance where necessary (especially in regulated business contexts).
HR Operations
Own HR ops cadence: onboarding/offboarding, contract management, HR letters, leave, disciplinary documentation.
Drive HR system adoption (HRIS, ATS, workflow tooling) and process automation.
Must-have
7-12+ years in HR, with recent Senior HR Manager/HRBP leadership experience.
Proven experience in Finance / Fintech / Brokerage / Banking / Payments / Regulated environments.
Strong track record in performance management, employee relations, and process-building.
Practical understanding of HR governance, documentation standards, and risk control mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management: confident partnering with senior leaders and challenging constructively.
Nice-to-have
Experience scaling teams across multiple countries or hubs.
Exposure to compensation frameworks, job leveling, and HR analytics.
HR certifications (CIPD / SHRM) are a plus.
Experience with ATS/HRIS implementations or process automation.
