Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior host or senior hostess in a high-end restaurant or hotel
Fluency in written and spoken English
Knowledge of a restaurant reservation system is essential
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
Positive attitude, reliable, and guest-oriented
Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Knowledge of dining etiquette, menu presentation, wine service, and bar service is a plus
