We are seeking an experienced Senior Home Delivery Assistant who will play a key role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment, attractive product presentation, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and delivering items on behalf of the company, while maintaining clear communication and upholding high standards of professionalism.

Candidates must have 2 to 4 years of prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a reputable supermarket or retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and the company's objectives. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory Remain up to date with the industry's best practices Accurately process sales using cash registers, scanners, or equipment Accept cash and bank cards for payment Process payments according to company procedure Issue receipts for payments received Accurately process sales using cash registers, scanners, or POS systems Accept payments via cash, bank cards, food stamps, and coupons Calculate discounts and apply special offers correctly Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and process returns/exchanges Ensure sufficient change is available and maintain balanced cash registers Maintain accurate transaction records Bag, box, or wrap merchandise as needed Provide excellent customer service and stay informed on current promotions

Excellent product knowledge and commercial awareness Analytical and Numerical skills Communication skills - Helpful attitude when serving internal and external customers Able to cope with pressure Ability to work independently and lead a small team.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
