Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hairdresser with proven salon management skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in hairdressing services and have a strong background in managing salon operations, supervising staff, and delivering excellent customer service.

Hairdressing Services:

Perform a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and chemical services (relaxers, perms, etc.) Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge Offer professional consultation to clients and recommend styles/products to suit their needs

Salon Management:

Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth functioning Supervise, train, and support salon staff (hairdressers, assistants, receptionists) Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the salon Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed

Customer Service:

Build and maintain strong client relationships Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
