Role - Hair Stylist / Hairdresser

Hiring lead Salon for high-end hair transformations in Sharjah. Our salon is a certified partner of L'Oreal Professional & Schwarzkopf, offering cutting-edge techniques in:

? Bridal hair design

? Global colouring trends (balayage, baby lights, vivids)

? Medical-grade treatments (keratin, Botox, scalp therapies)

Core Responsibilities

1. Precision Hair Services

? Cutting: Master all techniques (bobs, layers, razor cuts, gender-neutral styles) ? Coloring: Expert in foiling, root smudging, colour correction ? Treatments: Perform L'Oreal Absolut Repair, Schwarzkopf Fiber Force therapies ? Styling: Bridal updos, blowouts, extensions (tape-in/keratin bonds)

2. Client Experience Leadership

? Conduct in-depth consultations (analyse scalp health, lifestyle needs) ? Develop personalized hair plans ? Train junior stylists on brand protocols (L'Oreal Power Light, etc.)

Technical Requirements

? Must-Have Skills:

? 5+ years with L'Oreal/Schwarzkopf in UAE

? Portfolio showcasing:

? 3+ color correction cases

? Bridal hair designs

? Certifications (Preferred): ? L'Oreal Colour Specialist ? Schwarzkopf Master Stylist ? Olaplex Certified
