The Role
New senior hair dressing role needed in Snobs Salon , Arjan, Dubai. Duties include: o Expert colour using Schwarzkopf o Precision women's cutting o Luxury styling o In-salon treatments o Consistently upsell add-on services & retail to exceed KPIs o Mentor junior stylists; brainstorm trends, quick training workshops for other stylists
Requirements
3-5+ years in top-tier UAE salons (portfolio required) o Schwarzkopf certification or equivalent advanced colour training o Demonstrated track record of beating service & retail targets o Fluent English communication
