We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Hairdresser & Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in hairdressing, beauty treatments, and customer service. You will be responsible for providing high-quality salon services, training junior staff, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional hair services including: Haircuts (ladies &kids) Hair coloring, highlights, balayage, ombre, and root touch-ups Hair styling (blow-dry, updos, wedding hairstyles) Hair treatments (protein, keratin, botox, deep conditioning) Provide a range of beauty services: Facials, clean-ups, and skin care treatments Manicure, pedicure, nail art, and gel extensions Waxing, threading, and other hair removal services Makeup application for events and occasions Stay updated with latest hair & beauty trends, techniques, and products. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming salon environment. Manage client bookings and build strong customer relationships. Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff to ensure consistent service quality. Upsell salon products and services to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

Willing to do home service. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in professional hairdressing & beauty industry. Skills: Strong knowledge of haircuts, coloring techniques, and styling trends Expertise in beauty treatments and skin care Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualification: Diploma or certification in Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy preferred. Other: Positive attitude, professional appearance, and punctuality are must. Willing to travel and commute.
