Senior Hairdresser
Job Description
We are looking for talented and passionate hairstylists to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients. As a hairstylist, you will provide a wide range of hair services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hair consultations to clients and recommend styles, treatments, and products that suit their needs.
Cut, style, color, highlight, and chemically treat hair based on client requests.
Perform blowouts, updos, braiding, and other hairstyling techniques.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the industry.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of tools, workstations, and the salon area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Assist in retail sales of hair care products.
Work as part of a team to create a positive and professional salon atmosphere.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a hairstylist or hairdresser.
Knowledge of a wide range of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
